For rehearsal rooms and music studios

Booking system for rehearsal rooms

Bands see the free hours and book themselves, evenings cost what they should, and the regulars who come every week buy a pack of hours instead of paying each time.

No card. Ten minutes to set up.

Where a rehearsal room quietly loses money

The 8 pm no-show

The best evening slot, the band never turns up, and nobody took a deposit. That hour cannot be sold again at 8:05.

Bookings in five chats

WhatsApp, Instagram, a call in the middle of a rehearsal — and two bands arrive for the same room. It always starts with a good memory.

Backline on trust

A second amp, cymbals, a DI box — lent out “just this once” and never billed.

What Hourgrid does for a rehearsal room

Free hours online

The day on a timeline: the band picks a slot — or two around a booked hour — in a single request, without messaging you first.

Deposit and reminder

Ask for a deposit on evening and weekend slots, and remind the band by email before the rehearsal, not after.

Packs of hours

Sell a regular band ten hours at a better price; the hours are taken off as they book.

Evening rates

Different prices by time and day: afternoons cheaper, evenings and weekends dearer. The same room earns more without a single extra band.

Backline as extras

Amps, a drum kit, a recording session — added to the booking and counted into the total.

A rule for late bands

Decide how long you hold a booking for a late band. After that it shows up as a no-show, and you can free the room.

Questions owners ask

Can a band move its own booking?
If you allow it. The confirmation email carries a link to move or cancel within your rules, and any refund follows your cancellation policy.
Do musicians need an account?
No. They book on your page with a name, phone number and email; the confirmation and the reminder arrive by email.
We have three rooms and a recording studio. Which plan?
Starter covers two rooms, Studio up to eight, Venue has no limit. Each room has its own hours, prices and minimum length.
Can I try it before paying?
Starter is free for three days, no card needed. Setting up rooms and the booking page takes about ten minutes.
