For content studios and themed sets

Booking system for content studios

Bloggers and creators book your themed sets from the link in your studio’s bio and pay a deposit up front — and the decor is photographed before and after every shoot.

No card. Ten minutes to set up.

Where a content studio quietly loses money

Requests in DMs at midnight

A creator asks about tomorrow on Instagram late at night. By the time you reply in the morning, they have booked the studio down the street.

Decor that walks out

A stained sofa, a broken vase, a missing cushion. Without photos from before the shoot, every argument ends with “it was already like that”.

An hour that became ninety minutes

Short bookings back to back: one creator runs over, the next one waits, and nobody bills the extra half hour.

What Hourgrid does for a content studio

A booking page for your bio

Your own booking address for the Instagram bio, stories and replies: creators see which sets are free and book without writing to you.

Every set is its own room

Photos, a description, a price and hours for each set, so the look is chosen before booking, not after arriving.

Photos of the decor before and after

A condition report with photos on every booking, and a damage deposit kept apart from the rent.

Short bookings without gaps

Bookings start every 15, 30 or 60 minutes, each set has its minimum length, and there is time to tidy up after every shoot.

Packs for regular creators

Sell ten hours at a better price to the bloggers who shoot every week; the hours are taken off as they book.

Lights and props as extras

Ring lights, softboxes, a tripod, costumes — added to the booking and counted into the total.

Questions owners ask

Can I put the booking link on Instagram?
Yes. Your booking page has its own address — put it in the bio, in stories and in replies to messages. Creators book in a couple of taps from their phone.
Where does the deposit money go?
Straight to your own Stripe account — Hourgrid never holds it. You choose the deposit size and how long an unpaid request keeps the slot.
We have twelve small sets. Which plan?
Starter covers two rooms, Studio up to eight, Venue has no limit. Each set is a room with its own photos, prices and cleaning time.
Can I try it before paying?
Starter is free for three days, no card needed. Setting up rooms and the booking page takes about ten minutes.
